Simply log in, and go to your personal information page. Select Club Epaxx in the left frame.  You will see your total number of points acquired.  Then you will see a chart below of the goodies you can redeem.  Choose the game you wish to redeem and the number of points to redeem.  Then click “Redeem”, and we will email you the gift certificate in the form of a discount code to be used on your next purchase. Enter that code when you purchase anything from Epaxx.

You are automatically enrolled when you register with our website.  Just leave checked the box at the bottom of the page that says “Join Club Epaxx”.  If you unchecked that box, you will not accumulate points with each purchase.  You can also enroll or cancel membership at any time by visiting the Club Epaxx portion of My Account. 

Visit the Club Epaxx section in My Account.  You will need to sign in.  In the first line, you will see the total number of accumulated points.  You can redeem your points on this page also.  Just follow the instructions on the page or see our FAQ question “How do I redeem points?”
