For first time buyers, we require the following steps for verification. 

1. Your Paypal payment must include your shipping address. Even though we do not physically ship you anything, your shipping address is used to verify the identity of the card holder or Paypal account holder. 
2. Please forward a copy of your Paypal receipt that you received from Paypal to sales@epaxx.com. 
3. A phone call might be needed. We take all possible steps to protect our clients’ details as well as the integrity of Epaxx. Once all three steps have been fulfilled, your order will be approved for delivery. For repeat buyers, we will directly mail the gold, so delivery should be extremely fast for all future purchases.

After you complete the order process and have sent payment, the order appears in our delivery queue in the order in which it was received. Our delivery team will then log into the appropriate game and contact the character specified on the order form. If our delivery team is unable to make contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided. You may reply to this e-mail or log onto our live chat to verify the status of your delivery.

If your order is in stock we can usually deliver within 15 to 20 minutes, deliveries can occasionally take up to 90 minutes or longer however depending on order volumes and game server traffic.
