I am a new customer. What are the verification steps I must follow?

For first time buyers, we require the following steps for verification.

1. Your Paypal payment must include your shipping address. Even though we do not physically ship you anything, your shipping address is used to verify the identity of the card holder or Paypal account holder.

2. Please forward a copy of your Paypal receipt that you received from Paypal to sales@epaxx.com.

3. A phone call might be needed. We take all possible steps to protect our clients’ details as well as the integrity of Epaxx.
