Our maximum/minimum ratios are subject to change depending on our current stock levels. If you attempt to sell an amount outside our acceptable parameters a warning message will appear informing you that the amount entered is either too high or low for us to accept. Please note that at times we may be overstocked at one or more servers and may not be able to accept the order.

If you wish to receive a bank transfer, you may select the option during the sell order placement process and enter the bank details into the comment field. Bank transfers are processed daily, but can take up to 7 business days before the payment is received.

Corporate checks typically take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to arrive when sent to addresses in the US. If you are located outside the United States, it may take a bit longer to receive the check
