Step One:

Go to your nearest participating Western Union Agent Location. (Check the Western Union website for the location nearest you).

Step Two:

Request and fill out the Blue Form. Once you have obtained the Blue Form from the Western Union Agent, you must fill out the appropriate information. Please visit our live help for all the information that you need to send the payment. Please ensure you include your full name, address, and phone number on the Western Union form when you visit your Western Union Agent.

Step Three:

Come to Live Help with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Once you have made the payment, the Western Union Agent will issue you a unique transaction identification number known as Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). This is your confirmation of payment which you will need to quote when coming to Live Help.
